Critical groundwater areas

The Water Resources Conservation Tax Credit helps incentivize farmers to invest in ways to reduce groundwater usage. Act 875 of 2021, passed by the Arkansas Legislature earlier this year, increased the tax credit allowed to each approved applicant per project and expanded the area where projects can be approved.
