Rhonda Dibasilio with Benton County Search and Rescue helps a youngster on Saturday pet Koda, a dog in search and recovery training. The search and rescue team was one of several groups on hand at the 11th annual Northwest Arkansas Emergency Preparedness Fair at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Bentonville.
