87, of Rogers, Ark., passed away on March 16, 2023. She was born in 1935 in Decatur, Ark., to the late Raymon Philpott and Rose Ella (Conlin) Philpott. Berneta enjoyed working in various medical offices, as well as motorcycle trips with her husband, Martin Mowbray. Berneta was pre-deceased by her parents, her husband, and her two sons, Calvin and Scott Swain. Berneta was survived by her daughterin-law; three grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; her sister-in-law; and four nieces and nephews. Private service will be held.
